Abstract

The Health Law, which had its origin in the elevation of the right to health to the status of fundamental right by the Federal Constitution of 1988, represents a remarkable evolution in the intersection between the legal and collective health fields. The current issue of the Cadernos Ibero-Americanos de Direito Sanitário offers a well-kept garden and its many paths, trodden through the reflections of illustrious thinkers of Law and Public Health who contribute with unpublished material, offering the best of knowledge.
