This journal follows the principles of the Open Access to Knowledge Policy of the Fundação Oswaldo Cruz (Fiocruz), updated in 2024, recognizing scientific knowledge as a public good and promoting its availability, preservation, and reuse in a transparent and accessible manner, in line with Open Science practices.
