O profissional de saúde perante o conflito entre a palavra da vítima e o in dubio pro reo em estupro de vulneráveis
Keywords:
Rape, Victim’s allegations, In dubio pro reo, Psychosocial studiesAbstract
The crime of rape has been repeatedly emphasized in the courts exclusively by the victim's allegations, on the grounds that such acts usually occur in hiding, without face-toface witnesses. The principle in dubio pro reo is relegated to a secondary plan by admitting
that the account of a supposedly offended person should prevail in the confrontation with the defensive version. Psychosocial studies, often dismissed by the courts, need to be more valued.
