The Iberoamerican Journal of Health Law is a quarterly open access publication dedicated to the dissemination of scholarly research in health law. It has been published by the Program of Health Law/Oswaldo Cruz Foundation since 2012. Manuscripts may be submitted in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. There are no fees for submission or publication.
Our presence on the platform will allow us to share updates and highlights of articles and other activities carried out by the CIADS editorial team.

The 2024 edition of Iberoamerican Journal of Health Law opens with a new feature in its editorial history: the publication of articles in English and in their original language. In this way, we hope to strengthen the connection between those who work to defend the right to health and consolidate CIADS' role as an important vehicle for scientific dissemination on the subject.
