Abstract

São analisadas as consequências da crise econômica mundial na política pública de saúde, tendo como método uma análise histórico-dialética compreendendo a política e a economia subsumidas no critério da totalidade. Reflete-se sobre os retrocessos sociais no Estado Democrático e Social de Direito, demonstrando, como alternativa, um princípio constitucional que interage com a questão social demarcada.
