The Iberoamerican Journal of Health Law addresses issues concerning the development and enforcement of health law, from normative elaboration at the national and international levels to implementation by governmental bodies and international organisations.
It is intended for law professors, researchers, and students, as well as lawyers, health professionals, and managers of health systems and services.
Mission
To disseminate and stimulate the development of health law in the Iberoamerican region by promoting debate on the key issues and challenges of health law.
