Resolution of research misconduct

The Iberoamerican Journal of Health Law rejects any research misconduct, such as data forgery, plagiarism or manipulation of citations and references.

All articles are subject to a plagiarism checking tool at two moments: before double-blind peer review and before publication.

Complaints and suspicions of acts that violate the guidelines of scientific integrity will be analyzed by the editorial team, in a confidential manner, and appropriate measures will be taken to correct errors confirmed according to the retraction practices established by COPE.
