Abstract

Busca-se apresentar resultados parciais da pesquisa que está mapeando as ações desenvolvidas no âmbito jurídico e da saúde para efetivar o direito à saúde no Estado do Rio Grande do Sul de 1990 a 2010. Expõe as ações para efetivação do direito à saúde nas instituições jurídicas do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul a partir de uma abordagem transdisciplinar. Consubstancia as entrevistas com magistrados e promotores envolvidos em identificar as medidas adotadas para garantir à saúde como direito constitucionalmente tutelado.
