Abstract
En los últimos años se ha cristalizado la expectativa social de que los entes empresariales, y en particular, las empresas transnacionales, tienen el deber de respetar los derechos humanos. Esta expectativa se ha plasmado, entre otros, en la adopción en 2011 de los Principios Rectores sobre empresas y derechos humanos por el Consejo de Derechos Humanos de Naciones Unidas. En esta comunicación trataremos las implicaciones para España del marco de Naciones Unidas sobre empresas y derechos humanos y sus implicaciones para España.
