Focus and Scope

Cadernos Ibero-Americanos de Direito Sanitário (CIADS) is an open-access scientific journal published by the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (Fiocruz), dedicated to the dissemination of studies and research in the field of Health Law. The journal aims to foster academic and institutional debate on the interfaces between Law, Health, and public policies, with an emphasis on Ibero-American scientific production and on strengthening the right to health as a fundamental human right.

The journal welcomes studies addressing, among other topics:
