1. Objective

• To stimulate scientific production on relevant and contemporary topics in the field of Health Law, promoting the advancement of knowledge and high-quality academic debate.

2. Organization Modalities

• Editorial Call: organized by the Editor-in-Chief and the editorial team through a public call.
• Collaboration with Invited Researchers: carried out through a public call or a proposal submitted by the proponent, including the theme, a brief justification, and a summary.

3. Manuscript Evaluation

• All manuscripts submitted to thematic dossiers are evaluated in accordance with the CIADS Peer Review Policy. When manuscripts involve research data, preprints, or other open science modalities defined in this policy, the Open Science guidelines are also applied.

4. Submission and Approval

• The submission and approval process of manuscripts follows the CIADS Editorial Policies and Submission Guidelines.
