The Journal publishes special issues to stimulate debate and scholarly production on nationally and internationally relevant topics in health law in two ways:

• organized by the Editor-in-Chief and published through a call for papers;
• in collaboration with invited professors/researchers and published through a call for papers or an assignment that includes the topic, a rationale, and an abstract.

In both cases, submissions and approvals must follow CIADS Editorial Policies  and Guidelines for Authors.
