Abstract
A Seção Psicossocial da Vara de Execuções Penais do Tribunal de Justiça do Distrito Federal e Territórios ocupa-se do atendimento a pessoas que cumprem medida de segurança, ou seja, uma sentença judicial que as define como doentes e criminosas. Este trabalho visa entender os caminhos percorridos por essas pessoas, quais sejam a internação e o tratamento ambulatorial, e verificar como têm se configurado as interlocuções entre saúde mental, direito e psicologia no judiciário.
