Abstract
En los países Latinoamericanos, se observan violaciones al derecho a la salud, pero existen pocas reclamaciones por violación a dicho derecho ante el Sistema Interamericano de Derechos Humanos. Por tal razón, en el presente trabajo, analizamos el derecho a la salud y los principales casos de violaciones al mismo, de conformidad con la jurisprudencia de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos.
