1. No-cost editorial process

• The entire editorial process of Cadernos Ibero-Americanos de Direito Sanitário (CIADS) is carried out completely free of charge for authors and institutions.
• No submission fees, review fees, article processing charges (APC), publication fees, indexing fees, or DOI assignment fees are charged.
• The free-of-charge policy applies to all manuscripts, regardless of the language of submission.
• As part of its internationalization policy, manuscripts submitted in Portuguese and accepted for publication are translated into English by the editorial team at no cost to the authors.
