Authors of articles published by Cadernos Ibero-Americanos de Direito Sanitário (CIADS) retain copyright of their works and grant CIADS the right of first publication, licensing them under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which permits unrestricted reuse and distribution, provided that the original work is properly cited.
